When will my order ship?
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Delivery times (after dispatch)
- Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth): 2–5 business days
- Regional areas: 4–8 business days
- Remote areas, NT and WA regional: 6–10 business days

Where do you ship?
We ship Australia-wide, including PO Boxes and parcel lockers (Express is not available to PO Boxes). We also ship to selected international destinations; international rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes in the destination country, which are the customer's responsibility.
My parcel hasn't arrived
Check your tracking link first, as carriers can occasionally run behind during busy periods. If your tracking hasn't updated for 5 business days, or it shows delivered but you can't find it, contact us with your order number and we'll sort it out with the carrier.

Contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address any time before your order is dispatched.
